Carbide Tipped Saw Blades

 Carbide Circular Saw Blades

Note increase for 600 grit finish- $2 per blade

All carbide tipped saw blades we sharpen are precision sharpened with 400 grit diamond grinding wheels.  If you prefer a 600 grit finish add $2 per blade.  600 grit produces a very sharp polished edge that will last a long time and make very smooth accurate cuts in cabinet shop work and finish work. Blades sharpened with 600 grit wheels will in most cases be sharper and have a better finish than when you bought the blade new. The majority of the blades on the market today are manufactured with a 400 grit or coarser finish, this provides a good cut for everyday projects.   600 grit finishes are used on cabinet shop blades, millwork blades, and for anyone wanting a very smooth finish to the cuts their blades make.

Prior to sharpening all blades are inspected and tested for serviceability. If there is not enough blade life left or we can not sharpen the blade to work properly, we won’t go any further.  After sharpening all blades are re-inspected and checked for finish quality, roundness ( run out ), correct cutting angles.
